Fitness has always been a massive part of my life. However, one area stood out.

Robbie is a professional footballer with Celtic FC. He was currently on loan at Alloa Athletic. Due to his high load of training he struggled to fit in his own conditioning sessions. 

So he came to me !

We chatted for a while and we identified a strategy for him to keep performing but simultaneously developing different areas of his physical game.

We implemented HIIT into his training along with my own SMART Training System which is coached in the member's area.

With a combination of Robbie's tremendous attitude and my experience and expertise, we successfully managed to improve his power and speed as a centre back while avoiding injury completely.
